About the Role


Netcoins is growing — and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive revenue across our Sales and Trading business.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding sales & trading activity across corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, activating clients, and deepening existing relationships while working closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver a seamless trading experience.
You’ll also represent Netcoins at industry events and play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, product direction, and long-term growth.




What You’ll Do





Business Development & Client Growth

  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
  • Execute structured outbound and inbound outreach for onboarding and activation
  • Develop business plans aligned to revenue targets and performance goals
  • Monitor crypto market trends to uncover strategic growth opportunities




Relationship Management & Trading Support

  • Build scalable funnels for outreach, onboarding, activation, and account expansion
  • Manage client relationships to promote Netcoins trading and OTC services
  • Support deal execution through presentations and closing high-value opportunities
  • Service OTC clients end-to-end — from quoting trades to driving increased trading volume




Compliance & CRM

  • Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting using CRM tools




Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Support operational improvements and new trading/product initiatives
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales & OTC Trading to align on company goals and sales strategy




CIRO Certification Requirement

  • Meet Registered Representative or Investment Representative proficiency requirements
  • Complete ongoing CIRO continuing education as required




What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or related field
  • CSC or CIRE preferred
  • U.S. securities certifications considered an asset




Experience

  • 5+ years in sales or business development (crypto, financial services, or trading strongly preferred)
  • Proven success managing client relationships and closing complex deals


Skills

  • Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management
  • Solid understanding of OTC spot trading and market structure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building




Background

  • Successful criminal background check
  • High standards for data security and confidentiality




Compensation & Benefits





  • Base Salary: $60,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
  • OTE: $150,000–$225,000
  • Vacation: 15 paid days annually
